Pastor Kay Stepp, Compassion Connection |
Kay was born in Ottumwa, Iowa and raised in a strong Christian home. She accepted Jesus as a child and always maintained a deep commitment to Him. She and Senior Pastor Jack C. Stepp met while in college. Kay taught secondary English for several years after graduation.
Kay is Executive Director of Compassion Connection, a 501 (c) (3) branch of South Hills Assembly. She also oversees prayer and an adult mission's trip for the church. She is credentialed with the Assemblies of God.
The Stepps have three sons. The eldest son, Jason is a medical doctor at Hershey Regional Medical Center. He and his wife, Rebekah, have two children, Joshua and Alyson. Shawn is a Physician Assistant at Mercy Hospital in Portland Maine. He and his wife, Jenna, have two children, Marie and Elena, and live in Maine. Jared is the children's pastor at South Hills Assembly. He and his wife, Jessica, have a daughter and son, Juliana and Jaren.
